We begin your care with an evaluation by a Registered Nurse. All of our In-Home Care providers are highly trained and receive supervision on an on-going basis. We are a continuity of care organization and are dedicated to providing a service of distinction to give you Peace of Mind.

Here's how we can help...

Companion/Sitter
A caring companion to the patient. Light meal preparation, assistance with dressing and ambulation.

Homemaker/Chore
A variety of household tasks to provide a clean and safe environment. Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, lawn mowing, snow removal and minor repairs. Shopping and errands also.

Respite
Relief for the full time caregiver. Available on a full day or hourly basis. Meal preparation, housekeeping and companionship.

Personal Care
Bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, assistance with toileting, walking or transfers. Meal prep, assistance with self administered medications, light housekeeping and errands.

Advanced Personal Care
Applies medicated lotions or ointments. Attends to catheters, ostomies and tracheotomies. Non-sterile dressings applied to non-broken skin. Range of Motion exercises.

Certified Nurse Aide
Personal care for the patient. Assists patients with eating and activities of daily living such as bathing, oral hygiene and skin care. Linen changes and household tasks. Meal preparation and errands.

Licensed Practical Nurse
Help to achieve holistic care. Accurately delivers medications and treatments within their scope of practice. Utilize assessment skills to keep patient in optimal health.

Billing Rate Schedule

Companion / Sitter $12.50 /hr
Homemaker / Chore / Respite / Personal Care $14.50 /hr
Certified Nurse Aide $15.50 /hr
Advanced Personal Care Aide $18.50 /hr
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $28.50 /hr
Registered Nurse (RN) $38.50 /hr

Rates apply to St. Joseph city limits and a thirty (30) mile radius. Please add $1.00 per hour to all of the above rates exceeding that limit. Minimum Service time is two (2) hours.

PLEASE NOTE: A charge of 46.5¢ per mile, will be added for all mileage incurred for errands completed on the Client’s behalf (unless the clients own vehicle is used.)


Billing Information

WEEKDAY is Monday 7:00am – Friday 7:00pm
WEEKEND is Friday 7:00pm – Sunday 7:00am

The workweek period consists of Monday day shifts, starting at 7am, and concludes with Sunday night shifts, ending at 7am. Time and one-half (1.5 times the regular bill rate) will be charged for all hours worked over forty (40) hours total, in a designated weekly workweek period.

The holidays, listed as follows, will be billed at time and one-half (1.5 times the regular billing rate), per classification and holiday period worked. The following holidays are billed in this manner, starting at 7am shift, and concluding at the next day’s 7am shift, unless otherwise indicated below:
